The Battle of Bunker Hill

June 17, 1775

Celebrate a commemorative year with us.

June 17, 2024-June 17, 2025

The United States will commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill on June 17th, 2025. The Battle is one of the Nation’s most important events, the American patriots were defeated at the Battle of Bunker Hill, but they proved they could hold their own against the superior British Army. The fierce fight demoralized the British and accelerated the movement toward American independence. When word spread that Charlestown was burned by the King’s men, it caught the attention of the public and galvanized support for the Revolution.
